As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will:


  • Work targeted neighborhoods in deregulated Texas markets
  • Use a proven script and simple qualifying questions
  • Identify homeowners interested in solar + battery solutions
  • Schedule appointments on our team calendar
  • Follow up to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows

COMPENSATION & REAL EARNINGS (TRANSPARENT)

Average Setter Performance:


  • 5-10 quality sits per week
  • $50 per completed sit
  • ~33% of sits go solar
  • 20% commission on project margins
  • Average commission per install: $900-$1,500


These numbers are based on real historical performance in deregulated Texas markets.
